Grievance/Request submission Policy

For filing any grievance or request an Employee/Student should submit his/her grievance or request in written form along with supporting documents(if any) to the respective Principal. The Principal would fill the Grievance Redressal form from Portal and would forward the same to Higher Education on his/her behalf. Principal will be able to view the status/response of Higher Education and would convey the same to the complainant/applicant and display the status on Notice Board also.

The Principal would be notified by SMS and Email about the status of the complain/request. The complainant/applicant would be notified over SMS.

For the employee: The grievance/request related to following shall be entertained only:

1. Permission for purchase of House/Land/घर / जमीन की खरीद के लिए अनुमति

2. Permission for Purchase of Vehicles/वाहनों की खरीद के लिए अनुमति

3. Permission for Visiting Abroad/विदेश यात्रा पर जाने के लिए अनुमति

4. Permission for Medical Leave/Earned Leave/मेडिकल छुट्टी / अर्जित छुट्टी के लिए अनुमति

5. Grievance with respect to Gradation/उन्नयन के संबंध में शिकायत

6. Grievance with respect to Increment/वेतन वृद्धि के संबंध में शिकायत

7. Grievance with respect to Payment of Arrears etc./बकाया आदि के भुगतान के संबंध में शिकायत

8. Grievance with respect to Pension Case/पेंशन प्रकरण के संबंध में शिकायत

For the Student: The grievance/request related to following shall be entertained :

1. Grievance with respect to Completion of Course/पाठ्यक्रम के पूरा होने के संबंध में शिकायत

2. Grievance with respect to Scholarship/छात्रवृत्ति के संबंध में शिकायत

3. Grievance with respect to Ragging/रैगिंग के संबंध में शिकायत

4. Grievance with respect to Enrolment/Enrolment के संबंध में शिकायत

5. Grievance with respect to Facilities in Colleges/कॉलेजों में सुविधाएं के संबंध में शिकायत

Note : The grievances/requests other than the above mentioned categories will not be entertained through this portal.

While forwarding grievances/requests the Principal should follow the instructions given below:

Step 1 : Please click on "Grievance" tab from the menu to register a grievance/request.

Step 2 : Please click on "Login to Grievance Portal" button shown at the bottom of the page.

Step 3 : Login with your account credentials i.e. Username and Password

Step 4 : Please click on "Register Grievance/Request" button.

Step 5 : Fill in all the fields that are marked as required as shown with an asterix (*) .

Step 6 : Upload documents for your proof (if any). The maximum file size allowed for upload is 5 MB.

Step 7 : Submit your Grievance/Request. On successful submission you will receive SMS and Email notification that may be used for future reference.
